Workplace & culture
How we work
We operate an integrated model. Psychology, psychiatry and specialty assessments sit under one roof, and every client has a named, experienced clinician from the first conversation.
What it is like to work here
Our client caseload is purposeful and the clinical environment is structured with decisions made by a small management team.
Who we are looking for
We recruit across clinical and commercial functions, including psychology, psychiatry, and operational and business roles.
Whether you are a clinician looking for a practice that takes the quality of its work seriously, or an experienced commercial professional who wants to apply their skills in a meaningful setting, we are interested in people who understand what it means to work to a high standard.
We're seeking experienced clinicians with rigorous, accredited training who combine clinical excellence with genuine human connection.
